We are striving to deliver food parcels to each of our older members, as an alternative to our annual Christmas party which we are unable to provide this year.
As a result of the Tier 4 restrictions the community centre has been closed and therefore has significantly impacted on the time available to pull these together. We are therefore reaching out to ask for support in the following areas; Wrapping Christmas Gifts - w/c 14th December Packing Hampers - w/c 14th December Delivering Hampers - w/c 21st December Access to the community centre w/c 14th December will be managed on a rota system basis for volunteers, to help us maintain our strict controls around social distancing. It is vital that we keep our volunteers, and ourselves safe whilst still allowing us to deliver some Christmas cheer to our older residents. If you, or any of your congregation, would be available and willing to help with any (or all) of the activities above this would be greatly appreciated. Could you please contact me by email or on the mobile number below. I look forward to hearing from you.
